BITE identity and humor featured eighteen artists from the mid-Atlantic region who, in the words of juror Jefferson Pinder "...use irony, sarcasm, and wit to shed light on issues of personal struggle in mainstream society." The exhibition includes a powerful, eclectic mix of video, painting, photography, sculpture, and installation that expresses honesty and angst in both beautiful yet clever ways.
