Registration Guidelines

• Payment must be received before the scheduled program date to confirm registration.
• Refunds (minus a processing fee of $10) will only be issued with one-week notification prior to the program. Additional girls may be admitted after the one-week deadline, at the staff's discretion, provided there are still spots available.
• Space is limited for workshops, and they are filled on a first-received basis following the guidelines above.
• A ratio of one adult for every five girls is recommended. More than one troop may be scheduled for a program at a time depending upon troop size.
