Teen Programs

Dodgeball Theatre's 2011 Teen Ensemble presents the development of a completely original performance piece centered on the theme of PLACE. Under the direction of Haley Murphy and Heide Zufall, the work uses a combination of monologues, movement, scenes, and imagery - all created by the actors themselves - to allow the ensemble members to explore their experiences and feelings. "Places" is a work in progress, to be completed by May 2011 and performed in alternative spaces. This is the third year of Teen Ensemble, which is currently comprised of 15 young actors ages 12 to 17 who attend the following local schools: Langley High, Cooper Middle, Kilmer Middle, Marshall High, Herndon High, Dominion High, Langston Hughes Middle, Seneca Ridge Middle, and Flint Hill.
