About GRACEMission Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE) enriches community life by promoting involvement and excellence in the visual arts. In pursuit of this mission, GRACE provides a year-round program of visual art exhibitions, lectures, Children's Workshops, a Children's Summer Art Program, Art in the Schools, the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival™, and other educational events.
The new GRACE facility is a dynamic art space in the heart of the Reston Town Center featuring exhibitions from emerging and established artists, and educational programming for children and adults, artists and art lovers. Adults and children are invited to explore and enhance artistic expression through hands-on learning experiences in artist-lead family workshops, Explore More art buckets, and gallery talks. GRACE's annual signature event is the Northern Virginia Fine Arts FestivalTM, which takes place on May 17 & 18, 2008 in Reston Town Center. This outdoor festival is a juried art exhibition of 185 fine art and fine craft artists, live entertainment, and a children's art tent. GRACE also holds several fundraising events throughout the year, including Art for Giving, our annual holiday exhibition of fine craft perfect for gift giving, and our annual fall art raffle, the C-Note Sale, held each September which is perfect for building your art collection on a budget. We invite you to become a member of the Greater Reston Arts Center.
