How to donate your artwork

• Valued at $150 or more
• Framed or ready to display
• Delivered to Greater Reston Art Center (GRACE)
• By Appointment: Email ericaharrison@restonarts.org to arrange a time.
• Mailed to the GRACE address
• Be sure to Include:
• Full contact information
• Website and email
• Title, medium, and value of the donated piece(s)
• If possible, email one high-resolution image of the donated work to ericaharrison@restonarts.org

Benefits of Donating

• Your support ensures the continued success of Greater Reston Arts Center.
• Donated work is exhibited in the GRACE gallery from August 31 to September 18, 2010.
• Artist’s name, image of donated work, and website will be featured on the GRACE website.
• After September 19, artists will receive an email containing:
• Acknowledgement of donation for tax purposes
• Name and contact information for the collector who chose your work
• Electronic mailing list of ticket holders who indicated they would like to receive mailings

Important Dates

• Deadline for receipt of artwork at GRACE: September 10, 2010
• Online Preview: August 15 - September 19, 2010
• Exhibition of Donated Works: August 31 - September 18, 2010
• Collectors Choice Raffle: Sunday, September 19, 2010.
