Registration Guidelines Payment must be received before the scheduled program date to confirm registration. Refunds (minus a processing fee of $10) will only be issued with one-week notification prior to the program. Additional scouts may be admitted after the one-week deadline, at the staff's discretion, provided there are still spots available. Space is limited for workshops, and they are filled on a first-received basis following the guidelines above. A ratio of one adult for every five scouts is recommended. More than one den may be scheduled for a program at a time depending upon den size.
