Repetition, Scale and Materials: Oh My!

Participants will explore ideas about repetition, scale, and perspective during this morning workshop with exhibiting artists Elizabeth Kendall, Connie Slack and Ashley Wells. Using a variety of materials such as fabrics and paper, which can be braided, tied, cut, and collaged; strings of buttons and beads; paper chains; strips of wood and traditional painting supplies and techniques, families will create unique works to remember the day. |

Weekend workshops are appropriate for all ages.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration must be completed through the Reston Community Center.

faxed, or mailed to Reston Community Center. Greater Reston Arts Center
will not be accepting registration forms. If you are a GRACE member,
but not a resident of Small District #5, you must drop off your
registration in person or call Cheri Danaher, CPRP, Arts Education Director,
Reston Community Center, 703-476-4500 x 6175 to receive the reduced rate.
**** WEATHER POLICY ****
GRACE follows the Fairfax County Public School schedule. If schools are
closed on a workshop day, the workshop will be rescheduled.
